La Aguada is your private base in Patagonia, a place to return to after each day of exploration, rest, and connection. The villa offers 450 m² of living space set on a 3 hectare private estate, with 360° mountain views, surrounded by the quiet beauty of the region. Located just 1.5 km from the center of El Bolsón and along Ruta 40, it offers both seclusion and easy access to the best of the area.

Set at the foot of Cerro Piltriquitrón, El Bolsón is known for its relaxed rhythm, artisan culture, organic farms, and beautiful Andean scenery. La Aguada is also within reach of Bariloche International Airport, about 135 km away, making it an ideal starting point for a private Patagonia journey that feels remote, yet accessible.
